Fees and Refund Policy
All our training program attract fees, some courses are only offered in a commercial setting, and in this situation the employer pays the fees after delivery of the course.
Fees are paid in full when booking into the course, Corporates clients may apply for an account with alternative payment terms.
A full refund of the course fee is available provided we receive a full weeks’ notice of the cancellation, if we receive less than a weeks’ notice we can only refund 50% of the course fee.
Participants who wish to transfer between courses will be able to do so with 48 hours’ notice without penalty, if less than 48 hours is provided, this will be treated as a cancellation.
In cases of extreme hardship application in writing can be made to the CEO to vary these terms.
All Participants should note that lost statements of attainment can be replaced for a fee of $22, including GST, per course. This is due to administrative duties and in some cases the need to search through archived participants.
